To add to the poster above me: sometimes the descriptions state things people should know. I had to reroll many winners because they didn't bother to read simple information.

Probably. I was never really concerned by that. I used one-click entry too for quite a while, for over 3000 entries, before I got a stable income again and I stopped caring on how can I get some games to play.

Because I had average luck. 20 wins for ~6k entries is relatively normal. The other number, well, that is a different story.
