Which one?
I'm looking at IMDb and it has a 4.7, yet each episode rating is relatively similar to The X-Files. Based on these findings I must conclude that the quality of Cory in the House = that of The X-Files.

All of those are good choices but I'd choose Band of Brothers at the moment. Of course one would need to visit local shop to buy some Vat 69 for the long marathon too ;)

Cowboy Bebop if you are into animes.
House MD is also pretty good. But don't watch it from start to finish without breaks. Every episode starts feeling the same after a while.
