What I have to say is that you are clearly stating you'd rather spend your money on other things, so don't expect people to feel sorry for you when you end up without a copy of Minecraft. They might even feel good :)

OK, I'll think "what I thank" (sic), as you so cogently suggest.

Dude if you wanted Minecraft that badly you would save up for it yourself instead of saving up the money only to buy something else. And there's many ways of getting money. You just said student so I'm guessing you're a high schooler/college student. As a high schooler, get a permit and find a part time job. A few hours a day, make more than enough. As a college student, find a part time job. If you're a middle school student or elementary school student...you should just ask your parents for it as a present or something. Or do some chores around the house for allowance.
Another idea: You don't have to eat 3 meals a day...you could miss a meal or two and save up the money(What I did during school with my lunch money back in high school). You might grow ulcers, but if you want Minecraft that badly I believe it's a good trade off. :D
Unfortunately, not everyone gives things away. If you really don't want to pay for it, just go to some of those sites that makes you watch a video/do surveys/download things and pays you for it. It might take a long time but it'll probably be far faster than asking people to give you an account for free.

Get a guitar and busk. Or pretend you're homeless and beg on the streets.

Go back in time and enter some Minecraft giveaways here on SG.

Minecraft giveaways are myths, there's no such thing.

You can search Youtube for a little bit, and find some giveaways under 500 views. That's kinda boring to do.
You could lend money to siblings, or friends. If you have any special coins, you could sell them if you aren't very attached to them.
If you have a profession, like computer art, you could be a Youtube Channel Designer. It pays less because of Youtube One, but if you are good at art, you can make a lot of money by that. I have no idea what your situation is, though. But for right now, download the Minecraft from Minecraft.net. No installation, only 270KB. When you sign in, fill out nothing. Then press login, and play offline. Minecraft works fine, except you don't have a skin, and you can't play Multi-Player. But until you get your money, you can play Minecraft offline.

You aren't going to find an account given to you anywhere unless it's stolen. You don't really seem to be appreciating the help people are giving you either, so why should any of us even help you?
"I understand that you're a broke student, but save up? Put away a couple of dollars (or whatever currency) every week and you'll be able to afford it in due course."
"Too hard man, can't be done unfortunately. By the time that I have enough for it, I will need the money for something else."
You can't save $3 every week?
If you really can't afford a $29 game or can't put $3-5 dollars a side every week, maybe you should be finding a job so you can support yourself with a home and food before.

If he has the same attitude offline that he has here online, that find a job strategy might not work out too well for him...

You cannot afford $/€20 then you shouldn't be playing perhaps.

Lolz...if I found a giveaway, I wouldn't tell anyone about it. I would enter myself and hope that with less people entering, I'd have more of a chance to win it. :D
But that's just me. lolz

Yea, you may know me from this, but I still haven't gave up on getting a legal minecraft key.
I managed to find a member here that wanted to trade one, and added me on steam, but turns out that the account was stolen.
So I wanted to ask where can I find minecraft giveaways?
Those earning-points sites by filling out surveys and stuff seem too hard of ever achieving it. So, something easier would be appreciated. Maybe youtubers that often give them away?
I'm asking again because I really, really want it. I'm not begging, just asking where can I find those giveaways. It's still too expensive for me (broke student) and I really damn want it.
Also please don't tell me to play the pirated one. I only used the pirated version of Minecraft to test it, and discover that I got in love with the game, which doesn't happen often.
P.S. Also try it on Reddit already, no luck.
Thanks in advance for any replies.
