I believe they are the developers of This War of Mine. The site should be safe, but I don't remember ever buying from them.

I've never heard of them before, but they have Deus Ex Mankind Divided pre-order for $39.99, and that's a pretty tempting deal. I usually don't pre-order, and I generally avoid games that sell season passes and/or announce DLC before the base game even ships and instead wait until the game is "finished" to buy it... But this is Deus Ex.
