What do you mean restart the game to get the key? I have completed the game and didn't get the key. I have quit and selected "Continue Story" several times but still no key. It took me 2 hours to get this far. I really don't want to play it again. Can someone help please? Thanks.

Got a key after 1 and a half hour, had to finish the game twice and the answers weren't going through most of the time. Seems like they fixed the issues and now the answers input instantly. Damn that was an irritating journey to say the least.
