i guess they meant it's available in the us store and steam has many customers from the us, also add the other regions that has saw on their steam store too, so it's available to many.

https://steamdb.info/app/27300/ this are the countries where SAW is available to purchase on Steam. US, Canada, Brazil, UK, don't know if in any more, these are just a few countries. Anyways good we can buy it from Nuuvem at least.

Licenses expire, it's pretty much a certainty that any licensed game will eventually disappear. There are of course exceptions.

to buy? you're partially right,because you can buy it using steam in brazil too. You can access to the store page but can't buy it in most of the countries,and nuuvem is the store with the lowest price recorded for SAW so i wanted to post it here for the sake of it ^^ and also because without nuuvem i couldn't have bought it,so thanks cheap brazilian store ! :D

This game is nice maybe in the first few hours , but then it will be worse. The controls are good, but the fight is really bad. After about playing a few hours this game change into monotonous and boring playtrough. Whats good in this game, i think it is a graphic and soundtrack. Sry for my english.
