Heat Signature alpha if you own Gunpoint

According to PC Gamer if you own the exclusive edition dlc for gunpoint, you can get acces to the alpha (That is: a very early build, not even 'early-acces' yet) of heat signature, the next game from the same developer.

To access the game, make sure you have gunpoint and the DLC installed, then right-click it in your library and choose Heat Signature Alpha.
The alpha is available until Aug 30.

In my opinion: Even though it's a bit rough around the edges and there's the occassional ctd when restarting, it is already quite entertaining. When you try it, remember this is not (yet) a commercial release nor do you have to pay to be a tester, although if you want to do something: take some time to fill in the feedback form after you've boarded a few ships.

Francis also emphasized that this is not the same as an Early Access release, and that having the alpha will not get you the final release. Furthermore, there will be other closed alphas held in the future that anyone can apply for.

Would almost appear as though the guy knows what he's doing. Get some feedback before the game's release, and not making people pay for a test version at the same time.
