i think you are experiencing a problem that many people have with this site every once in a while. its a DNS issue. you could use google DNS or just try back later

I've been pissed off at this problem, but randomly I got back up. I have tried the solutions before but they failed for me.

There is no need to change DNS records. They will be updated automatically.
