Are then any websites that resell past bundles, or would I be better off trying SteamTrades?

Don't think so.

That's the whole point of them - they are avaiable for a certain time only.

Although Indie royale has that thing were it'll notify you if one of their bundles ever go on sale again. Though I doubt that'll ever happen

That is true. I just found out about the recently since I was a console gamer mostly. I will probably look at SteamTrades and Reddit.
