Not that I know of but depending on your needs, maybe once can be created?
Is it just copying the countries list, comma-separated? Or did you have in mind also extracting them condensed into regions? The latter is rather complex because each publisher defines their own rules. There are a few countries that flip-flop between two different regions, other times they intentionally leave certain countries out etc. etc.

The gift notification image you linked to in the OP is what I meant. Getting everything displayed on a single page without a scrollbar is what I'm after.

For those screenshots I just slightly edit the amount of columns and/or column height by hand.
- click "Gift to a friend"
- press ctrl-shift-J to open Chrome dev tools
- press ctrl-shift-C to activate the element picker
- click the area slightly left of the country codes to get the element that holds these
- in 'Styles', increase "column-count" to see more at once, increase "max-height" to a higher em count if you need more vertical space, and change "column-gap" to 0 if you need a tiny bit more horizontal squeezing applied.
This example is from an old non-Choice bundle.

If you want it as one line text, copy the list to Notepad++, then select spaces and newline between two country's codes and replace all occurrences of that with comma.

Instabuy! I only have The Quarry. Ad Infinitum and Amnesia seem worth trying... Others... Hmmm maybe some day?
Edit: I read reviews in Steam, especially Tier 1 games seem to have many "bought" reviews and clicks for "This review was Helpful". :(

Well, ofcourse I cant be sure, but if there are many reviews from users around 100 or less games in their library? And just couple of reviews.

I will say with those types of "co-op, easy to access" games have a ton of reviews like that. Even the legit ones like Payday or CS:GO or GTA V. It's just a magnet for people who play nothing but those specific games and who are... not very verbose generally.
Just a different kind of crowd.

Anyone who has played the games in Tier 1. Are these playable solo and if so, are they fun solo or designed to be played co-op/in a group?
Likely picking this up for the games in Tier 2 anyways but wondering if I'll be keeping the Tier 1 games or doing some giveaways on here.

I've only played Escape The Backrooms and it can be totally played solo, I played it with a couple of friends and it is fun, but not that scary and polished as I think some other horror games, but definitely a lot of fun. My main feedback is the horror isn't quite as scary as it should be, but there is one level in the game which I deem very scary and polished but I don't remember the name exactly. My main complaint is very clunky animations, the player model is pretty goofy and the death animation just isn't quite it. Otherwise, pretty alright for a project made by a single person.
For Co-op horror games I'd recommend Phasmophobia and Lethal Company the most, I'd say both are fairly fun and engaging in their own way, totally worth checking both out if you haven't already.
One thing to note is, that on very high graphics you need to have a supercomputer, not even mine can keep a constant 60 fps on full graphics, but I cranked it down a lot and the game looked as good with a better fps average.

I'd say you probably could play Devour by yourself, although it's gameplay shines in a multiplayer environment. Keep in mind that it's difficulty is also way higher on a solo playthrough rather than multiplayer. Overall i'd just recommend playing with friends rather than solo.

Tier 1 is disappointing. Too much early access, and too many co-op games. Antisocial gamer for life.
Tier 2 is interesting though, but I can't believe they've put a previous humble choice game in there. Not the first time though, and probably won't be the last. Ad Infinitum has been on my radar for a while, so I'll have to consider a purchase.

Honestly a really good horror bundle
Tier 1 is a really good buy for co-op horror & Tier 2 is a really good set of singleplayer horror.
