You can check the date on which you have activated the keys here:
https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/
Simply use CTRL+F to finde the game and check the date.

Thanks! Now all I have to do is cross reference with indie bundle databases and I'll know for sure if the key is unused!

I'm looking at my duplicate Humble Keys and... this can't be right? I have TWO duplicates of many games. If I could look at when the key was activated on Steam I could be sure, but I'm not 100% all of my unredeemed keys are actually unredeemed. :(
