I post Gundemonium in recommendation threads whenever I can.
EDIT: also, I'm sad CAVE hates PCs. And Ikaruga is extremely unlikely to come to Steam.

Touhou is a great bullet hell, the music of the series is simply beautiful. Imperishable Night (eight game i think) is a personal favorite.

So I finally looked up what Really Big Sky is. When I saw what it was, I got extremely excited. I absolutely LOVE bullet hell games. Beat Hazard is a really fun game. My favorite Game Cube game is Ikaruga. There are also some great bullet hell flash games. Such as:
Now, I haven't played Really Big Sky yet, although I do really want to. But I think that anyone who enjoys Bullet Hell games should try out the games listed above. And if you guys have an Xbox, you can purchase Ikaruga on XBLA for about $10. Or, you could buy a copy on the Game Cube. The problem with that is that Ikaruga is a very rare game, so you'd have to pay a lot more than $10.
For you people who haven't played a bullet hell but thought about it, I would recommend Frantic 2 as a gateway. DN8:Pulse is a bit too easy compared to regular bullet hell games, and Frantic 2 is the perfect difficulty for such. Ikaruga is a very hard game, even by bullet hell standards. I myself have only made it to chapter 3. Even though it has 6 chapters, it's very hard to make it all the way through in only 3 lives.
And for the 3 of you who don't know what a bullet hell is: A bullet hell game is one where there are bullets EVERYWHERE. These are usually space shooters. They are known for the absurd amount of projectiles on the screen, both yours and your enemies', the high difficulty, and their addictiveness.
So what are your thoughts on Bullet Hell games? This could be about their difficulty, their length (Most are short), or other things. And what are your favorite bullet hell games?
TL;DR- Bullets everywhere, play some games where that happens, and tell me your feedback.
EDIT: I wanna say that I Wanna Appreciate Meteor Stream's boss fight could be considered a bullet hell fight. You can decide that (Also, great song. I love Nico Nico Douga- Ryuuseigun. ^^) ...Well, I guess most boss fights of I Wanna Be The games are the same, so I guess it's a matter if all or none are bullet hell.
