Same problem. Tried emailing them, still no reply.

It's pretty annoying. I think it is because I switched internet, but still. No idea what to do.

I had issues trading cards in the past, but it was my fault since I didn't follow the instructions properly. I asked politely for support and they solved it in no time. I'm pretty content with the site, earned 25 games in 6 months just clicking on videos and trading cards, without expending much time there.

It works well enough for me.

Tremor Games are terrible,because i have ban for nothing.

You just have to know how to handle them. Dont use the contact us form or email. You almost never get reply. Always use the Support Forum and you get a reaction 1-2 days later. Just expect nothing instant and nothing at weekends. Multiple Accounts / use of multiple IP adresses will get you banned and thats not lifted. Maybe you can use a new account but the old one will be gone for good... but if your profile is still viewable, you are not banned... anyway you can still search the support forum as guest for past login issues from users

Tremor is pretty legit tbh ... dont get why are people bashing on it so much .
Im from Bulgaria ... there is close to no offers avaliable to complete in my country ... yet with 0 effort i made close to 80k coins since im there ( ~8 months )

There are ways to make coins even w/o installing any random software on your pc ... just gotta be creative :)

I like it. I think I earn more through my American referrals than by completing tasks, but it's great. See most of the games I've given away on Steamgifts so far? About half of these are from TremorGames.

It's good if you live in choosen conutries with lots of offers and ability to play games.

It's bad and not worth the effort if you live in "bad countries" where you don't get offers worth much coins and you have to write constantly to support (even when registering, confirming and doing throught this mess you're not getting your coins xD).

Can't do shit there because of the country I live in, so yeah it sucks to me but I've managed to get a few crappy games by downloading some mobile apps for points.

I tired using it once. I couldn't do some stuff due to country I live in. When some offers, tasks, surveys or whatever wouldn't load or grant points, because my browser extensions and options blocked them and I refused to change it just to get few points. I even considered using VPN to obtain more ways of earning points, but frankly I was too lazy for these endeavours.

Sadly was expecting a GA train. Did too much digging until I realised that it really was a topic to dish Tremor. Which makes no sense. Tremor is an amazing site to get games for free/ way cheaper than possible. Sure their support sucks, but that can be remedied. Give it time.

There are weeks where my country has tons of tasks to do and others with only broken tasks that only help decreasing my accuracy
I keep sending them ticket after ticket, not only do they not respond but those task are never removed/fixed

Depends what country you live in. I haven't had any problems with it since I live in England.

Tremor games is really good actually, I got about 175 free games from them, mostly from playing muted videos in other tabs, and doing surveys once in a while (you can rack up a lot of points but they aren't very reliable). The CrowdFlower tasks are also hit and miss, a lot of the time, you'll get expelled from tasks because their "correct" answers are wrong. Some are really reliable though, and you can get a lot from them too.

It Was Terrible for me because I could not complete ANY offers due to the country I live , I also lost my account and I was not able to recover it no matter what , so I lost the points I had worked so hard to get

If you have a phone then simply do all the app offers. You can earn a lot of games coming from someone who's earned $672 worth of games on Tremor. :P
