Okay thanks. But if it doesn't come in 7 days and i report it, what should i report it as? Should i Report it as a Misleading Giveaway or as a Fake Giveaway? I'm just not sure as SteamGifts gives you Multiple reasons to report someone.

We can't really make such assertions without knowing the full story. There are however people who are reneging on these giveaways once they realise they are not getting so much Contribution Value as they thought, so this could be the case. I'd be happier with "He's probably a douche" :P

Wait 7 days. If giveaway creator doesn't sent game, just mark as not received and move on. I had to do that like 1 month ago.

The win in question was Just Cause 2 (3 copies, I'm getting from the OP); they marked Just Cause (the first game) as received. Separate giveaways, I assume

Yeah you got it wrong Bliizdupstep, the Giveaway I'm talking about was Just cause 2, not just cause 1. I hate it when people read things wrong. lol XD

Okay so a Few of Days ago me and two other Random People won a Copy of Just cause 2 in a Giveaway. I've been waiting for a while now to get the copy in my Email or something, but it hasn't shown up yet. I've tried talking to the Giveaway Person on steam to see when He/she would Finally give out the copies, but for some reason This Person blocked me and Now i can't seem to get a hold of this person at all. I've reported the Giveaway itself, but I'm not sure If i should report the person that has done the Giveaway though or if i should wait to see if this person delievers the copies. If any of you think i should report this person, then please tell me which reason i should put in the report? Please be nice about this as I'm still Kinda New to SteamGifts and this is only my Second Giveaway that i won and Thank you all for your time reading this Thread. :D
