Would you buy them?
For people that have gotten the Amazon Prime Games for a while, all 3 games were given away for the Amazon Games app back in 2021.

in case anyone is curious why..
From their Facebook:
Hi everyone, as you may have noticed, we've not been very active online for the past few years. We are officially in the process of closing our studio. We are fine, we just wanted to move on to other things!
Our games will be removed from all platforms on January 30. Read the article below to know what will happen if you already own the games or if you want to buy them.

Thanks for the heads-up. I owned 2 out of 3 but I picked up the one I was missing.

You're right. I just looked it up and found the store page for „A Normal Lost Phone“ - with an OOS text. The other game page seems to be already removed.
I bought it yesterday on Gamersgate and haven't looked it up since then, my bad, I'm sorry.

No it isn't if you close your business you can't just keep making money ever heard of business tax and filing accounts - you can't just pretend to quit while still taking people's money - that is not how business works
If your company closes - unless another takes ownership of your items (in this case games) - then they can't legally be for sale
You don't think that if pizza hut or burger king closes their business you can still order food from them - do you?
Edit: what do you want to happen them close the company by doing nothing different than before and selling all the same products - if they did that the company wouldn't be closed

Each business is different but I get what you're saying. But you never stop seeing old albums or movies on sale, do you? Record companies and movies distributors always move around the rights to music and movies, video games devs and publishers should do that as well.

Well, there are always options to keep it active. Donate its operation to an NGO and that's it :D

Sadly not worth it still as these games would bring in so little - I would guess (and only guess I don't know anything about the company or people involved)
Most of these companies give up because they have made little to no money on their products (of course there are other reasons such as death, ill health and the like) but I bet most of the game companies that quit like this is due to money factors (most likely the last game can't pay costs of next one)

Yes but as I said it would need another still active company to buy or be legally transferred ownership - a bit like how tv subscriptions by the right to have different shows on their platforms - but I bet in this case it wouldn't be worth much as this games are pretty old and bundled (I know one wasn't) and didn't cost much to begin with - So sadly I doubt many companies who publish games would see much value in owning these
I too don't like things to simply poof off but that is how it works sadly

That is part of the problem too many people fighting for the same dollar - I mean just look at the TV - you have Netflix vs Disney vs Paramount vs Apple tv - just for a start
Or where I live you have no less than 7 different Supermarkets - people can't really use all of them all the time
Same with games sadly if you spend £10 on a game that is £10 less you can spend on another one - plus the actual time to play the game (which I know is not what a lot of people on SG do)

I think you might be a bit off with your analogy of the TV licence rights. They don't own the shows to transmit them to their viewers, only the right to do so. They are still buying those rights from the studios that made them or whomever holds ownership of the IP. Think of irlt as of Steam or Epic had to pay the game companies to let them have their products on Steam, rather than a storefront setup like it is now. Perhaps that's what you were trying to convey with you analogy, but it didn't come across that way.

Usual the reason is administrative costs (like, hiring accountant to pay taxes) being higher then profits (if not whole revenue).
But you never stop seeing old albums or movies on sale, do you?
Survivorship bias - there's tons of lost media that simply weren't popular enough to even have second-print or physical release at all.
