What's the deal with the massive region lock on Civ 6?, i am in the EU, and just a quick look at the region lock list, its unusable in france, germany, and italy

Humble doesn't have a region lock list, only one of countries that get a different key than yours. I think also countries that don't get a specific game, but where your key might still work, etc.

That. (So glad I skipped it in the previous sales!) With the 100% to charity-of-your-choice option, it's even more a great deal and no reason to be sad :) (I split it between Niche dev and Charity.)

T1 for me. Would like Jupiter's Forge, but it is only thing i dont have in higher tiers (i even have a base game).

It's a good bundle, just that I own enough here and the price is high enough to just not be worth it enough for me.
If Stellaris was in T2 or if I didn't own Offworld Trading Company already, I'd buy this for sure. But because it's just a small step away from being worth it, I'll be keeping my money to use on something else instead.

Humble does not list any region locks for Offworld Trading Company. They do list region locks for Dungeons 3: not available in AM, AZ, BY, CN, GE, KG, KZ, MD, RU, TJ, TM, UA, UZ.
Also, this may already be clear, but it's a single key for Offworld Trading Company and its DLC.
