Can someone explain to me why Humble's region lock warnings so often don't match up with reality? If we can go to SteamDB and check region information, can't Humble also do that? And if Humble is going by information from the publishers... shouldn't the publishers know whether a region lock exists or not?

I assume Humble goes the safe route and just applies the info they got from the publishers, and even they don't seem to completely understand the mess of different region locks. :D
Which leaves the question on which source the SteamDB info is actually based on. I dunno.

Had problems logging in, and the BTA jumped from 6.08 to 6.23.
I generally like throne of lies. But in recent weeks, one member of the dev team has made some questionable decisions. :/

I mean, there is a soundtrack edition on Steam; does it give that one?

There is no Steam key for the soundtrack. The key from this bundle activates only the base game.
The soundtrack comes as a DRM-free download.

When I saw that there was a response from dev, I assumed it would be toxic, but seems like a fair answer, unless of course the Discord community for the game is toxic. The game is kind of set up to be toxic. It's like being mad there are jerks in Rust or [enter latest vapid battle royale here]. Sort of comes with the territory, but hopefully they are at least trying.
I already own the game, but its on my 'meh' list because it just seems like it would be asking to be triggered.

T1 is a great deal, T2/BTA sold me, but T3 & T4 are weak unless you have next to none of the bundled games already. I already have a few of the games, including Plague Inc and Civ VI, so Stellaris in its current supposedly buggy state didn't sell me on T3. I have Civ 3, 4, and 6 - So I'm kinda frustrated that they didn't bundle Civ 5 at T3, lol

Stellaris has such expensive and many DLC(3 are $20, and a few are $10) I would have probably jumped even T4 if a couple/few were in that instead of Civ

This is a "here, have a taste" bundle, then you get hooked and then you see there are a ridiculous number of expensive DLCs for each.
Claiming 19.99 for Offworld twice does not compute. 19.99 is base price for the core game DLC but the game itself is 'free multiplayer' now.
Plague Inc. almost redeems this bundle, as does Niche. I will be in Tier 1 for this one for Niche, and GA the other two.

It looks like you got a different email than me and that's odd. In place of your "Homeworld" entry I got "Offworld Trading Company: Jupiter's Forge Expansion Pack".
It doesn't really matter now since Homeworld is not included in this bundle and Humble obviously made a mistake.
