First you make the roux. Butter, flour, a bit of salt. Then you sear the fish in it. Cover it with hot paprika and garlic, and roast it in the oven. Baste it with what's left of the roux. Let me tell you, it is delicious!

I love puzzles. You never know exactly what tricks the puzzle maker will throw at you. Well, this is a fairly simple puzzle.
Exactly five giveaways hidden here. Codes for the giveaways, the five letter/number combo are hidden waiting to be found. Knowing that a capital I is sometimes indistinguishable from a lower L, I assure you there are no lower case Ls in the codes. 6 hints will be given at the appropriate times. play on, my friends!

A member of the Clupeidae family has been inserted into this puzzle. I made it bright red, so it should be hard to miss. That should lead you straight to the "well hidden" giveaway.
