Yep, Valve ran out of games and it says so right here, under Please Note.

Oh the irony. I got 7 games when all I wanted was coupons. I have managed to trade two of them though.

Honestly, I would prefer to receive nothing than these coupons- they are practically useless, because most of the games were discounted during the sale(and usually discounts were bigger)+ they last for small amount of time, so no chance of using them when the game will get cheaper. They were just kind of a middle finger for doing the achievements and reminder of my bad luck (while others received multiple games, I was happy when reward turned out to be a lump of coal<sad face>). But I bought Missing Link, LA Noire and two indies relatively cheap, so it wasn't so "turrible" after all. And of course I will be the One to claim the Grand Prize muahahaha!:P [Speaking of which: you think we'll get to know who the Grand Winner is? I know it's probably confidential and etc. but we are talking about The Happiest Man In The World, so he might get some media coverage;]]
