I sent the gift still waiting for "Recieved" for 2 days, So what ?

So what will happen if he didn't claim he received the gift ?? I want the value of the gift to be added to my account so i can participate in contributors, he's active its not that he's away or something but the kid didn't claim the receive ... MY god,, should've requested a new winner

Contact support after 7 days and provide proof that you've sent him the gift, they'll set it to received for you.

The winner has 7 days to activate the game and mark it as received.

if you searched the forum you would have found a lot of threads about this.

You should have added the winner personally on Steam.
