At one point i actually considered getting wolf medalion tattoed on my chest but dropped that idea. Pretty unoriginal + doesnt really match rest of my tats so just dropped that idea :3

Yeah it's way too common to see now! Although I'm sure as people see the new trailer they will get the one I have D:
But that's why I want a realistic wolf head and add the Witcher signs! So people just see it as a wolf but I can relate it back to the game I love :3

Thanks! The artist couldn't copy the original sadly, I had put the deposit down and I liked the little unique twist on it so I went with it. I may regret that decision though... we will see...it also doesn't wrap around my arm as much because it's smaller and the moth is a different design he drew!

Ow, that's too bad, but it still looks very good and I didn't even notice the moth (which looks very similar to Ellie's). I think it looks similar enough that you won't regret it and now it's a bit more personalized :)

Nice tat :) What is the inspiration from The Last of Us? The Fireflies? Apologies if it's painfully obvious and I just don't see it.
I've been wanting to get a tattoo for years now. But I'm having a hard time pulling the trigger on what it should be. There's so many games and shows through my life that's been important to me. Last of Us is definitely a candidate. And yeah, then there's the price as well of course :3 What did you pay for yours if I may ask?

Moths are well known for following the light from the moon. So it represents Ellie looking for the "light" or the fireflies. If you watch the trailer for the new The Last of Us you'll see she has a very similar tattoo!
Yeah I wanted this for a couple years now but just needed the inspiration for the design!
At my local studio a full session is £500 but I actually picked an apprentice surprisingly and so it costed £200 :D

Thanks! It didn't hurt much! It was more annoying than anything! It did hurt when he went over the same line a few times, just breaking the skin over and over :( The wrist and top of my forearm really hurt though very nippy D:
