Does it easy way to check the winner has the game or not ? How can i check it ? B ecause sometimes you can enter you got the game or not it doesn't matter.

If you have a game alredy, you cant enter the giveaway, so you should check if the winner won alredy the game (multiple wins option)

No you are wrong , sometimes you can enter. For example i got risen 3 giveaway now you can check the comments , some good friends warn me about it but i do not know how i check it ? For example i can join stop online giveaways but i already have the game !

That's what i told you, some packs, like GOTY editions are the exception, you have to manual check it

You don't have to add the winner, you just have to check the winner's profile. Unless it's a private profile...

You can check their library for the games.
But about DLCs, you need to add them - then checking the DLC's storepage, which friends of yours own it.

You go to the winner's profile http://www.steamgifts.com/user/mstrkllr and click on the Steam icon, that will show you his/her profile (if its private, you have to make a ticket to support, they will tell you the next step)

I'm pretty sure that SGtools only check for finished and received giveaways - they are won by "anonymous" until received, SGtools won't be able to check it.

You only need to add them for DLCs. Dont be sad if you need to delete them like a furtive lover in the morning afther checking
