My brother hates bananas. Can anyone else that hates bananas chime in and explain what they hate about them? I've never understood how this is possible.
Pro-tip: When eating bananas open them from the "bottom" (the side without the stem). It's much easier to open bananas this way and you don't need to worry about squishing the top of the banana. This is how monkeys usually open bananas as well and I figure they must know what they're doing.

I used to hate bananas when I was younger. I didn't like the mushy texture. You know how when they start to over-ripen they sometimes get the slimy jelly-like areas? That was the worst. Plus they have strings and things. Also, when they were sliced, the black dot in the middle was gross.

Just trying to throw out some of the thought processes I can remember from my youth.
