my minecraft got deleted somehow but i have no money right now but have some steam wallet money and want new minecraft

What do you mean by "deleted"? It should be possible to recover an account if it was legitimate and yours from the start, i.e. not someone else's that you were given or took over.

Why not just contact microsoft then? If you used your email you should be able to get your account back easily.
