If the winner has revealed the key, there will be an eye symbol to the left of the key.

It should come up as a green eye next to the key as others have said. As its over 7 days since the giveaway ended, you can request a reroll rather than waiting any longer if you so wish. Best of luck to you and I hope it gets sorted out soon. :-)

You can also look at the winner's profile on SG to see how long it's been since they were last online. You might, for example, decide to wait a little longer if they haven't been around for all this time as an additional courtesy in case something happened on their end or something like that. But it's up to you to decide how to handle it once the seven days are through; that's just one of the things you may (or may not) want to consider. :)

how can I see if the winner of my Giveaway has seen the key?
One of my giveaways ended on the 15th of June but the winner is yet to mark the key as received. He was online multiple times since then (in steam and on steamgifts) and I recently started to try to contact him... So yeah, in case this shouldn't suceed, is there any way to see if the winner has seen key?
Note: The winner has not activated the game on his account yet
