It's a good and really well optimized game. The only problem you might have with it is that there's too much content if you are one of the people that just have to complete everything in a game and are in a hurry to move on.

To be in Steamgifts bundle list a game has to be Discounted Price < (Base Price in $) * 0.95, right? That is $1, weird

there's been 3 base price drops since bundled date, so base price then was $60 :P

It was $60 when it was part of a Humble Monthly which landed it in the bundle list.

It landed in bundle list in July 2016, during a 83% sale, not when the Monthly was released (May). I submitted a ticket to see if, due to the base price drop from $50 to $20, it can leave the bundle list.
