doubt the international playtesting will go to canada as the majority of gamers here are using consoles, Vancouver may be a possibility because arts institute is there. But not in my place :(

Lol, silly valve, noone buys that you playtest. You release poorly thought out updates, and haven't released anything where quality was more important than money (You put hats in Portal 2 for gods sakes)

I guess it's only for America, seeing it doesn't ask you for a country and only for ZIP code. I guess it's "but you're welcome to fill out the survey no matter where you live as we may have plans for remote playtests in the future" no matter where you live (America only) XD.
