The first few times I saw these and they weren't jokesand posted by people who had actually donated games, I tried to help, telling them to keep an eye out on forum topics about GA groups, suggesting they join some of the open ones like Baker's Giveaways and S.Gifts.

Then I remembered "Hey wait, there are people in this world with REAL PROBLEMS like not knowing where their next meal is coming from and living on the streets, and most definitely not by choice." and decided not to care about people not winning a few video games they can certainly live without.
