It happens every now and then. If I remember correctly the only thing you can do is wait as it is some buggy behavior of Steam's API. At some point your group will show up.

Don't forget to synch. your account at https://www.steamgifts.com/account/settings/profile
That don't help in all cases but in some.
If that don't help you can only wait till it ends.

Yeah, had the same problem (the first time in my 6th year here on SG ^^) but after a couple of syncs it worked again for me.

I created a new group. But still the group is not visible in the list when creating a giveaway.
The group was created on January 25. Steamgifts support ticket was created a week ago
Am I doing something wrong? Or are there any additional requirements?
