Like the other users who mentioned it, I'm using BLAEO to keep track of my unplayed games. I've also been joining the "Play a Game You Won on SteamGifts" events to add another layer of gamification. It's mostly focused on playing your wins, but you can add some backlog games too.

I'm in the same boat as you. But this last month I've failed to contain myself and bought too many bundles. I've made progresses with getting that satisfying 100% on many games this year, but lately once again I've lost my north and I'm going slow, like 2-3 per month.

Some of you have never seen me before, others used to jump on my train, well, I haven't been that active this year compared to 2023. Stopped buying games almost completely cuz of my absurd backlog + I've bought so much that at this point most of the bundles are useless for me. Well, I'm slowly trying to fight the backlog by doing 100% hunting, been quite a pain in the ass with some games so far but it's much more rewarding to see 100% on top of just beating the game. If anyone is looking for a motivation to play - maybe this will be an inspiration for you
