Report, mark as not received and move along

Ask the giveaway creator to give you the right game, if he doesn't do it, just mark as not received.

If he doesn't provide you the right game, mark as not received after 7 days and report him for trying to give a free game as another.
Also maybe you should remove the link to the giveaway because I think this counts as calling out

It's another game and another CV so either you can contact him and ask for the right key or report him straight away, I'm surprised the GA wasn't reported while it was active but maybe it's because it was really quick

Jet gunner was a free game, just someone scamming CV. If you mark the game as received and the site doesn't detect Desert Gunner on your account you could get suspended, so you have legitimate reasons to mark as not received unless he provides the correct game.
