Sure, people create giveaways, raffles for games they want to give to other people. Other people select the raffle they want to participate to and then wait, the winner is selected randomly at the end.

There are strict rules regarding how to properly create a giveaway, what do do if you win, and so on... you should find the faq according to your language (BTW, which is it ?) to have an overview.

What help you need?

1) Start a giveaway of CoD: Ghosts thinking you'll get it yourself.
2) Enter 5 giveaways and make a thread how the site sucks when you didn't win.
3) Give away two bundled games and make a thread why your contributor value didn't go over $30.
