Shingeki no Kyojin, aka Attack on Titan.
Very popular, very divisive, especially in later seasons. I for one personally disliked it, but, you know, tastes and all that. The character depicted achieved memetic status with that scene over both her excessive love of food (or hunger) and, well, her nerve.
