I get not calling people out with no proof. Like when people call someone out saying a giveaway is fake before it's even ended. But isn't this pretty justified and just getting the word out?

It's a Steamgifts rule - no calling out. I'd hate to see the OP suspended over this. OP you should delete his name quickly.

It's frustrating, but calling out in the forums will get you suspended. Support will answer your ticket, and hopefully, if what you say is true, this guy will get perma-banned. Until then, be patient, and consider editing your post to remove the incriminating names/links :)
