cant create any giveaways

title sais it, i cannot createe any giveaways...

The maximum number of giveaways based on your current feedback score has been reached. Once your current giveaways come to a close, and gifts are received, you'll be able to post additional gifts.

but i dont have any giveaway active..

please help

Well deleted giveaways that were still active decreases the number of giveaways you can make
