[Fast Poll] GTA 5: Base game or GTA 5 + Great White Shark Cash Card

I dont care about the money that R* earn with this, im just care about my fun ingame ;) but you right about the buy it today a non bundle, maybe is better the game + the card :)

There are many options, but I don't understand all that hate. It's just like they are giving in-game money for free, or like it was a free DLC. They marked it as a sale to make mess around them.

Also if you don't have it and have any interest there is a third choice that includes Max Payne 3 for the same price.

AFAIK you can't refund version with Shard Card, but then not sure if you can refund GTA5 at all (due to 3rd party DRM).

And that's the only logical argument against version with shark card. And in some regions "bundled" GTA5 is cheaper than standalone.

Of course, by buying standalone you're telling R* they are scum. But it's nothing new to them and it's not like they aren't telling PC gamers they don't really care about us.

Damn PsyKo you say all.. true about the no-refund of the game + cards, and now that you say it, im pretty sure that also the base game is not returnable. but i dont think that i will refund it
And yeah... buyin the base game i will tell to R* that they are a scum, but sadly.. they know and dont care :/ so... i will just lose some money for say "nothing"

Well, I bought game with card, because €5 saved let me bought Valkyria Chronicles :P

If you can't get cheaper bundle, then, well, everybody says multiplayer money is easily obtainable, so no big reason to get it.
But if you can get GTA5+other_game bundle for same price, well, either you'll get 2 games or you'll get something you can giveaway on steamgifts :P

As for refund - GTA5 can be a nasty piece of sheet XD, some people have problems with running it.
I nearly got... let's say angry, but turned out my lagging issue was easily fixable (ctrl+alt+del, task manager, set gta5.exe to high priority, set gta5_launcher.exe to lowest priority, now everything works smooth, or at least smooth enough).

That is right.. but 1'250'000 in how much time i can earn it in game? Because the bundle with Max Payne 3 is not bad.. and as you say, at least i have another game.
And... which CPU and GPU you have?

I don't know, didn't play multiplayer that much, focusing on story for now.

CPU - i5 2500k
GPU - geforce 660.

Want to play online a lot = get the card bundle
Only interested in the (fairly linear and repetitive, but still fun) story mode = wait for a reasonable price on base game.

IIRC, that card is like a million or so. That won't be "fast money" by a long shot. More like "pass the first 300 or so levels free".

If you are really lucky and have a damn good team, you can earn maybe 20,000 in a highest-rated mission if you manage to go all the way. That card they give to your game is roughly half year of playing daily.
