Have you ever won a GA for a game you wanted for a really long time, and then something went wrong (not delivered, invalid key, ...)?
Actually something worse happened to me with mafia III. When it got bundled i got it from a trader only to find out that the game is so unoptimized that i couldnt play it for more than 5 minutes without constant fps drops.

I had a couple of "wins" where I never received the games.But the worst case of this sort of bull was when I "won" DOOM a while back.The key the guy gave out was for some two-cent garbage instead.

Yes i had a game i wanted that i won, but it actually ended up being region locked so i couldn't redeem it.
Again, a very generous SG user offered me the same game, so i still got it :)

I've won 50 games in total and only had 2 that were no shows. Unfortunately though one of those two was Space Run Galaxy and I really wanted to play it. Anyways, it happens. In my experience though the majority of people here honor their giveaways.

It happened to me with GTA 4 wich left me quite disappointed as i really wanted to play it, as i played vice city, sand andreas, gta 3 and gta 5, but didn't know anything about gta4 story and some people told me it was a good game. Well water have run under the bridge since then lol

I entered quite a lot of Mafia III GAs here since I had the game of my wishlist for a long time. As you can imagine, I was really happy when I received an email telling me that I won Mafia III (especially since it had more than 10k entries).
Unfortunately, I didn't receive it, even though the GA creator was online afterwards, both on SG and Steam. Attempts to contact him/her failed, as I have never received an answer. The key for the user's other GA, Deus Ex MD, apparently wasn't delivered either.
To be fair, I never had problems with any of the GAs I won, the longest time I had to wait for the key was maybe three days, and all of my keys worked fine. I never had to mark anything as "not received". Checking the stats confirms that most keys are actually sent to their winners. Still, I was (am) really sad that this particular game was the one I didn't receive. Even new users were often fast in delivering keys, or at least telling you that they need one or two days more.
I wanted to know if something similar has happened to you before - you entered GAs for game xy hundreds of times, then you win it, and something goes wrong. Or, if you generally often won/win giveaways where keys were/are not delivered, meaning you have a high number of non-received giveaway wins.
