I enjoyed the following games:

Not exactly a TD alone but it's a good mixture: They Are Billions

As said before, I can recommend X-Morph and Sanctum, both are very good. Rogue Tower was fine, but I heard last update kinda ruined it.
One more addition from me is Isle of Arrows.

Bloons TD 6 is a classic one and actually free on epic.

I was gonna suggest Space Run but you've already played that. :D

The only other Tower Defense series which comes to mind (and hasn't been mentioned yet) are the Creeper World games, but those definitely aren't "classic"- they're more like Tower Offense games. Still very good, but not sure if it's what you're looking for. ^_^'

Deathtrap
Is a nice tower defense with some RPG elements based on 'The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing' games.

Sanctum 2 > other Sanctums

Also some other unique TD hybrids I've played and recommend:

• Monster Train: Deck building (often compared to Slay the Spire) TD on a literal train to the deepest circle of hell. Use monsters to defeat enemies before they reach & destroy the train core.

• Reign Maker: Match 3 puzzle driven TD.

• Legend of Keepers: 2D reverse dungeon crawler roguelite where your final monster is the "tower"

creeper world 4 (user created map and auto map generator) and all the ones before except the verticle one.

I like FieldRunners on PSP (liked it more then the Steam version).
FieldRunners 2 on Steam was good too, though a bit grindy for my tastes.
