Best odd I think is under 300 entries

Apart from really massive giveaways mine is 2,306 entries.

My best win was with 1,372 entries for The Escapists.
The best odds I won was one entry in a group giveaway.

My best win has only been 646 entries (not counting multiple copy GAs) and that was for the first game I won, Tick Tock Isle.
My best odds were one giveaway where there were only 2 entries (including myself).

Maximum : Batman: Arkham Asylum Game of the Year Edition with 951 entries
Minimum : Grim Fandango Remastered with 8 entries and my first SG win.

The Ship, 497 entries. Nowadays I'm too lazy to spend time entering public giveaways, so... yeah...
Also, I'm pretty sure multiple copies/developers giveaways don't count, right? You should probably specify in the OP.

I'm not really that lucky. Above 200, I think it only happened once, with Metro: Last Light, 841 entries.

I won the witness out of 4749 entries. That was pretty crazy :D

edit: that's assuming you meant "What's your worst odds GA that you have won" based off of the poll & description rather then the topic title.
edit2: that's also excluding multiple copy GAs based off of the description.

I won one with more than 2000 entries. I also lost one with two entries though :P

2,540 entries from a 1 month old win, before that it was about 1500 entries.
I usually don't enter giveaways with 2k+ entries for each copy though.
