Hello,
Since Neighbours from Hell Compilation has been added to steam, i wanted to check if there is new steam key on my Nordic games bundle page. I couldnt find any of the games on my Humble Bundle account, so i tried using the link that i got from e-mail - after clicking it i got that information:

"Sorry I could not find this key.

If you have already purchased the bundle, please enter your email below to have your key resent to you."
So i entered my email below, but in the email ive got there was no nordic games bundle link.
It seems that bundle order was deleted or deleted from my account.

Now is question why and how, I bought it like any Humble bundle via my own Paypal or credit card.
I also already redeemed 30 days ago my key for nordic games on steam and games from that bundle are still on my steam account

So what the heck? I already sent email about it to humble bundle contact, but without any reply so far.

I just checked mine and the key was there and worked fine. Maybe your just being impatient?

Just checked. The key is there. Activates without any issues. Two new games in my library. Yay!

Damn Fraudulent traders are clogging Humble Support, making legitimate issues like this go by. I would suggest sending another email, request a live person, and note that you paid for the bundle with you Paypal account. If they say there's nothing they can do, ask about whether or not you could get a refund from Humble or have your credit card company do it (Assuming you have one linked to your Paypal)

Now i sent email from my another gmail account, with note of original email/account (I'm using custom email domain, so maybe humble have broken their email inbox and now they are not even getting my last emails?)

"I bought it like any Humble bundle via my own Paypal or credit card." -- which one did you use? In either case, there should be a record of the purchase with Paypal or your credit card company. Check for any additional info on that end, and at least with Paypal, there would be a transaction ID that you can provide to Humble for proof.

Sometimes I buy bundle with my Paypal account (debit card connected to it), sometimes with credit card when i'm short of money. I bought few bundles with that credit card without any problem, only nordic bundle got cancelled.
I also have credit card receipt for that purchase and i already sent it to humble support. I need to try again i quess.
