Getting PC upgrade

Now I have AMD Athlon 6000+, 6GB DDR2, and Radeon HD4670 and i'll have to upgrade it.

for now candidate id: Phenom II X4 965, 4GBDDR3, and maybe Radeon 7770

this upgrade would probably go in 2 steps, mbo, cpu, ram and then gpu.

does someone have any suggestions, recommendations? it would really help :)

and will this new build run witcher 2?, is there a chence it will run medium with old gpu?

You are looking for a new computer.
Why would you want less RAM? Get 8GB for <$80 and forget about it.

ati radeon 4670 will average 31 frames per second on low at 1440 x 900
