If their license expired, and it did, then no, you can't. Unless you can find someone illegally selling it, but they would probably just be selling you a pirated copy anyways.

Why not look it up in retail stores or at auctions? I got it from a retail store for like 5$ a few years ago.

looked it up for 2 days, couldn't find anything.

and as you said FEW YEARS AGO.

let's agree that few years ago this game was kinda still new (not really really new but still close enough).

As of now, the game published 7 years ago, at 2007. Which really makes it hard to find a store that sells you a copy of the game.

Well, on the most "famous" polish auction website there are 4 copies available on PC. The cheapest one is for less than 10$.

Look it up on eBay. I'm sure there'll be a lot of offers.
