I don't really understand how the Humble Monthly works... If I subscribe now I should get Rocket League and the other june games... right?

No, it's too late, as the games have already been revealed. If you subscribe now you get Hurtworld along with the games they will be revealing once the countdown ends (~6 days).

Indeed. Having said that, you may still be able to snag a copy relatively cheaply on Steamtrades.

Good luck :)

Is Hurtworld worth it? I might subscribe, but I don't know much about it, plus, I'm not sure if I'm going to like the games that are not revealed

hurtworld is the worst reveal they had in my opinion. It might mean the others games are going to be better than usual, it might mean July sucks. You are rolling the dice.

I paused my humble monthly when they reviled hurtworld, it's garbage compared to what they have been offering.

It depends on what types of games you like. Go look at gameplay trailers to see if Hurtworld is something you would enjoy. I personally don't think it's worth it, since I've heard the game is kind of dead, plus it's not something I would enjoy in terms of gameplay, but to each their own~ They've had better early unlocks in the past.. but maybe they'll reveal better games as a result, who knows.

You're not supposed to know if you're going to like the games or not, that's the point of the risk for the monthly bundles. You win some, you lose some, unfortunately! D;

Well, if they declared an indie MMO dead at 1500 players, then I reserve the right to tell those people that Battleborn, Evolve, and Titanfall are also dead and they cannot argue with it.

Overwatch diehards would gladly tell you that that's exactly what that means. :P

Though, not sure about that 1500:
Titanfall appears to be ranging at a daily peak of 2000-3000, Hurtworld at 4000-5000, and Battleborn at 7000-8000 [going off recent community comments, since I couldn't find more reliable sources]. Evolve, on the other hand has peaks of 100-200 on steam. Going off earlier comparisons, it seems to run a 1:6 PC to xbox player ratio, which'd put that at about 600-1200. Hard to say without more reliable stats, but it actually does seem to be on its way out, especially when comparing the decline between older listed stats.

Evolve is fully dead, but you can still see sometimes, once in a blue moon, someone claiming that it isn't because he managed to get a game running under 30 minutes of wait time.
By the way, SteamSpy shows a lot lower numbers for those on PC. Battleborn is a little different as it can be played in SP or co-op, but the MOBA part...

I mixed it up, anyway: I believe all the stats I was referencing were actually based in estimated total active players, not daily peak [other than the evolve steam stat, of course]. And again, not exactly verifiable sources :P

And gotcha, now- I misinterpreted the direction you were going with your original comment: We're both in agreement that evolve seems to be nearing death. :P

Battleborn's peak today was 979. That's pretty bad for a game that new, and triple A.
I heard Titanfall is pretty dead on PC.

Always felt like PC is the hardest for a community to survive because there are just so many online games coming out/out already.

I heard that Humble Monthly games fetch a good amount of Contributor Value here, as they aren't considered bundled...
If you take the gamble, you can make giveaways here for the games you don't like, and boost your level.

Yeah and it's usually also not that hard to trade them here, especially not right after the bundle ended.
