It's probably someone who is reselling keys from a bundle, so I'd say it's as save as any keytrades.

It's the KF bundle, so its worth a lot less than the claimed 70 dollar value, so I'd personally say untrustable.

Don't pay 'people' money for games. Buy games from authorized Stores. TRADE 'people' for games. :)

If I am not wrong, it's from some Indie Gala bundle. And I don't know why but I've a feeling that you're promoting your own ebay store
