I need to know, because if it's true I found a great website to buy games, and who knows, gifts for this website, because I don't have much money :(

I'd be very careful with that. Seems like a Russian ebay for games, with all the risks that involves.

Moreover, some games might be region restricted.

seems legit because openid like on steamtrades.
but like others say its risky because you dont know how they have bought the game because if they took stolen CC to buy then the game will vanish after a time from the library of the user who owns it at that moment.

If you think its too good to be true, it usually is. And the fact that its all in Russian, more then likely means the games are meant for Russians only.

I personally would not trust it.

i can't link it to my cc, so i need to find some stupid terminals somewhere in my city...
later, i just found somebody to exchange qiwi (russian paypal, kinda) for webmoney... so no problems if u can find a way :)
