I still don't feel like playing anything. It usually happens after I play something almost exclusively for weeks or months.

I can relate to that, if a game takes me days/weeks to complete, then I won't play any game for some time.

But I still have blacklisted far less people. :P

I've had that happen to me as well. I played Titan Quest: Immortal Throne so much that I didn't feel like gaming for a bit.

You can try play some small indie titles. I highly recommend UnEpic. It made me laugh many times.

And you haven't gotten very far in Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams.
How about Hotline Miami? It's a nice way to quickly get some action going.
Limbo is quite easy to 100% so it could be a nice "quick" game.
Terraria is pretty fun.
