Want-based thinking.
Make yourself want to do it because you want a to see specific outcome. Want to stay in your house? Then go to work!
Everything besides Maslow's Hierarchy of needs is a want. You don't need to get out of this phase if you want to stay lazy. Think along the line of you WANT to get out of this phase. If you want something bad enough, you will go out of your usual routine to get it.
Want promotes desire, need promotes obligation.

One of my biggest problems recently has been laze. I'm just no longer motivated to do anything anymore, be it work on my assessments, my private projects meant to starve me from boredom, keep my Tumblr updated, do voice acting for people or even play video games...
So, what's the best way to make yourself do anything? Because, frankly at this stage I'll take any suggestions. I need to get out of this phase and quickly.
