For me; the graphics. I want to zoom out further, it feels too claustrophobic. And everything felt very same-ey, though I only played up to level 25 or so, and that was a year ago.

That said, I'll give it another look. My account's probably still active. :D

I've been playing it a lot the last month or so. Got a witch at level 59 at the moment, and a few other characters up to 30-50. Enjoying it inmensely. Very addictive loot. :p

Nothing about the game got me hooked on. The gameplay is too slow for my taste and the dark colors make it hard to see some enemies or appreciate the level design.

Yes, the caverns and dungeons are extremely dark, making it hard to see enemies that aren't right next to you, but that's the point. I thought it really increased immersion and tension unlike other action-RPGs that are bright and vibrant (not that I have anything against those...I love Torchlight II). It makes sense that a cave is dark. Walking past a hole in the ground that you can barely see and then watching spiders crawl up it? How is that not cool?

I prefer the darkness, its actually really well done, I agree.

I have been in the beta but avoided it for a while due to my "Oh god there going to wipe my characters" stance, but when its Open I will for sure play.

one of the patch noted stated they changed caves to make enemies slightly more visible

I will give this game another shot after it hits open Beta.. and if I don't like it then once it releases(and then if I don't like it I am done) >>

I'm still waiting for Grim dawn personally. I really enjoyed TQIT and can't wait to see how it turns out!

I do like the FFX style 'passive tree' though.
