Wait a week-ish to see how the reviews for Plague Tale 2 and Crash 4 turn out, then buy the better loved one.

For Judgement, since you won't play it soon - skip it; and since Persona might end up taking too much time, I would say hold off on it as well.

Edit: I just realized Lindsey Sterling made the official cover music for Plague Tale Requiem, definitely get Plague tale!!!

A Plague Tale: Requiem has been already heavily and got a positive score. Can't go wrong with a good linear story. Now that being said, if you like JRPG's Persona 5 isn't bad either. I'd personally pick A Plague Tale because of the story.

Plague Tale and Persona 5 are coming to Gamepass, so I'd recommend playing them there day one, and waiting for them to go on sale later if you really want to own them (I'm doing the same haha). 

I'm a huge yakuza fan as well so I'd recommend Judgment over Crash.. I don't have any nostalgia for the old crash games so perhaps biased opinion but if you're getting judgment then lost judgment is a must buy too (including kaito files).. I know it can get expensive so perhaps you can play the yakuza games on your backlog until winter or summer sale and get the judgment collection on a sale then.

Also Judgment saga is a spin-off so you don't really need to play the previous games, you can pick up whenever you please and play it :)

Personally, since I too really liked A Plague Tale: Innocence and the sequel already has very positive reviews, I'd go for A Plague Tale.

If I personally choose a plague tale even though I'm sure a plague tale requiem will be very different from the first story, but I still choose it because I can learn how the conspiracy can work

Plague Tale seems pretty good, but if the time I spent playing Persona 3 is any indication ... I'd go with P5. From what I heard, Persona games keep getting better. I'd love to try that sometime :)
