Made giveaways, two people checked 'Not Received' feedback despite they redeemed the product to their own account. Failed to contact the winners, contacted with Steamgifts.com support with enough evidences that the legit gifts were sent to them and they redeemed the product, no answer for months. The last support ticket I've made was 5 months ago. Very despondent and don't know what to do. I still have thousands of more keys and gifts to share but now I just don't know. Apparently those two were Russian people and I'm afraid people might keep check 'Not Received' for my giveaways in future. Is Steamgifts.com support does not answer this kind of issue? Is there any penalty or disadvantage for receiving 'Not Received' feedbacks? Thank you and I need advices for what should I do.. Because I don't know what to do.
I don't care about winning giveaways on Steamgifts.com. All I care was sharing some spare copies I had, but now.. If those were really duplicate or invalid copies I would have bought them new copies, but one I sent was directly sent through Steam, and one was fresh key I've got from bundle and I see them on their accounts. This is too discouraging and dejecting.

Support has "Request Received Feedback"

Which is also applicable if you can track those copies down to some of their friends accounts.

Can I ask a question, how long support would take for "Request Received Feedback" ticket? Thank you. I wasn't sure if support doesn't involve this kind of problem.

Depends 50 minutes the one time I had to do it... But they might be busy or not be busy. It shouldn't be at bottom of the pile however.

You may wish to consider excluding Russia from your giveaways then. I hate to say it but there are a lot of bad eggs there.

Nah, it's okay, I don't want to xenophobic on certain nationality when I make giveaways. Certainly not all Russian people checked Not Received for my giveaways. I included the description because in the expect of might get some feedback from comment about it, from people who suffered same kind of false feedback issue before.
As long as this issue can be solved, I don't want to exclude innocent people from entering giveaway.

Wow, and I thought waiting for a reroll for eight days now was already bad.
If you opened "Request Received Feedback" tickets, support will eventually take care of it. Until they get more manpower and at least the more important ticket categories can be handled a bit faster again, my personal course of action is probably going to be that I will give up public GAs completely in favor of higher level invite-only giveaways. Of course this only reduces the risk and doesn't get rid of it entirely; it's your decision alone if you want to stop making giveaways altogether.

Thank you for suggestion, I just wasn't sure if this kind of trouble cannot be reached from support's end, glad to know it can be solved. I'll just wait until everything solves out. And for GAs, I dunno, maybe I should start level 2 limit but then again, it's just only two problems out of over a thousand. I was just unsure whether I'm gonna live with these unreasonable brand or it can be solved, now I know support just having manpower issue, I'm relieved.

Well, five months do sound a bit much for something that isn't a user report, but I haven't got that much experience. Here you can see the ticket stats.

Thank you for the statistics, never knew that page existed! Nice to know the total numbers of tickets are decreasing. And over half a million tickets, that's many. I should never push or urge support in future!
And for 5 months, that was reported in 'User Report' category, wasn't know 'Request Received Feedback' undertake this kind of problem. The last ticket I've made in Request Received Feedback was 2 months ago. Now I see that User Report has so many tickets, I have no doubt why it take so long, also I have no doubt it'll be solved soon, I just wasn't sure if support does not involve this kind of problem, that's all.

Make invite only gibs and use sgtools? One of your winners has some multiple wins and not activated marks.

I agree and then you have justification to make threads and stupid puzzles...

Or don't, don't be like I am...

I'm already getting very lazy to just fill up the basic form for public giveaways! Thank you for advice and I might try it in future, I was wanted to be inclusive, but now I think I should make more giveaways for higher levels, for those who contributed Steamgifts.

Maybe somebody wrote faulty script, maybe. Or maybe I'm a bot and you're talking to a bot which gives away free games. Life is a mystery!
